Director, Workforce Planning
Who You Are
You are determined to create meaningful and lasting impact for our clients. For you, consulting does not end with a polished presentation or a recommendation. The work matters when the client is better because we were there, and when that improvement continues after the engagement ends.
You think beyond the obvious answer. You are willing to question assumptions, investigate what others may have overlooked, and pursue a better answer when the conventional one is insufficient. You bring ideas forward rather than waiting to be told what to examine next.
You take initiative and ownership. When something needs to be understood, you investigate it. When an analysis raises another question, you follow it. When the work can be stronger, you contribute rather than assuming someone else will address it.
You work well with others. Our engagements require people who can collaborate across a project team, contribute their own perspective, listen to competing views, and work directly with client teams without losing sight of the outcome we are there to create.
You are hungry to grow. You actively seek knowledge, develop your judgment, and want increasing responsibility as your capabilities expand. You are comfortable being challenged and equally comfortable challenging an idea when the evidence supports a different conclusion.
Most importantly, you care about the client beyond the assignment. We measure our work by what remains after we leave.
