As growth continued, he moved toward defining measurable outcomes, establishing direction, placing capable people in charge, and creating systems that help them complete work while they feel supported and proud.

He remains closely involved in overall direction, strategy, reputation, and financial oversight, while spending more time removing obstacles and shaping technology and AI to support people.
